Social Media at Haas

The first week of classes has arrived for 2nd and 3rd years, and the first years appear to be settling.... here's a little trivia for the Haas Community. Do you know all the social media outlets for Haas? There are many different options to keep in contact with Haas faculty, staff, and alumni over the course of your education, and as an alum. Check out the Haas Social Media webpage to find links to Twitter, Blogs, LinkedIn and more!

Here's a link to Haas Faculty on Twitter, or you can tweet with the EWMBA Program Office. (Special bonus for those of you who may be interested in the baked goods competiton that the program office staff sometimes tweets about!)

Welcome (Back)!

Hi fellow Haasers!

The communications team wants to extend a warm welcome to the incoming class of 2013 and a welcome back to all the 2nd and 3rd years! Orientation for our eager compatriots was this weekend, and I had at least one full timer who was on campus on Saturday remark to me that they are an enthusiastic bunch. Glad to see we're keeping up the tradition of bringing energy to the EWMBA program!

For those of you in the 2nd/3rd year: Don't forget that the add/drop period starts on Saturday, 8/14. There is also an academic conference call hosted on Wednesday to help the 2nd years through the process as well as talk about new initiatives. Don't miss this chance to hear from our stellar Academic Affairs Committee!

“Welcome Back” Conference Call Series

The EWMBAA Academic Committee will host a series of conference calls next week to talk more about the Fall and Spring course offerings, the BILD initiative, the Add/Drop process and any other academic related questions you might have. They will be held on the following days and times (all times Pacific Daylight Time):

Tuesday, August 10 from 12:00-1:00PM

Wednesday, August 11 from 6:00-7:00PM
