Haas Experienced Hire Resources!

Did you know that the career services office recently started a eNews publication for experienced hires?

New Resource

Register online to be included in the Experienced Hire eNews. Immediate hire experienced-level job opportunities, and events for students actively job seeking. The Experienced Hire News email will be available 1-4 times per week depending on content. If you know of an open position at your firm, email it to careers@haas.berkeley.edu and it will be included in the newsletter.

· Wednesday, Oct. 13:
"Career Switching and Career Growth Panel" of Haas MBAs who have achieved your goals. Info on this EWMBAA-organized event is on CareerNet.

· Thursday, Oct. 21 - 5th:
Annual Alumni Evening of Networking in San Francisco. Hosted by Haas Alumni Relations, Career Services, the MBAA, and the EWMBA Program. Register online

· Sunday, Oct. 24:
"Excel Best Practices" presented by Training the Street.

Resources:

· EWMBA Peer Coaches are classmates who understand firsthand the multiple demands you face. However, they also successfully navigated their careers to accelerate or change and are happy to talk about their experiences. Examples: Cisco to BCG, Oracle to Deutsche Bank, Tech Marketing at Adobe...

· Workshops On Demand warehouse recorded webinars to watch and learn at your convenience

· See advisors by appointment until 8PM on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, and Saturdays either at Haas or in the South Bay. Register through CareerNet.

Haas @ Work - Now a For Credit Course!

Haas@Work is an applied innovation program operated by the Institute for Business Innovation. Extremely popular with both MBA students and companies around the world, Haas@Work has been assigning teams of MBA students to paradigm-shifting, innovative projects for a number of years. Over 600 Haas MBAs have participated in Haas@Work since the program's inception, undertaking projects with prestigious international firms representing a variety of leading-edge industries.
